4. File Handling and Deletion
When you upload a file to ConverLite:

It is stored temporarily and processed for conversion

It is automatically deleted within 2 hours

We do not retain, access, or review the contents of your files

You remain the owner of all intellectual property rights in your files
We are not liable for any file loss due to user actions or technical failure.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on ConverLite (excluding user-uploaded files), including text, logos, trademarks, icons, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ConverLite and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the website without prior written permission.
6. Account & Access
Some features of ConverLite may require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to impersonate another person or use an account that is not yours.
We may suspend or terminate your account if there is any violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in courts located in California.
