  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our platform’s operations

  • Abuse the file conversion tools in a way that affects service availability for others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access.

4. File Handling and Deletion

When you upload a file to ConverLite:

  • It is stored temporarily and processed for conversion

  • It is automatically deleted within 2 hours

  • We do not retain, access, or review the contents of your files

  • You remain the owner of all intellectual property rights in your files

We are not liable for any file loss due to user actions or technical failure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ConverLite (excluding user-uploaded files), including text, logos, trademarks, icons, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ConverLite and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the website without prior written permission.

6. Account & Access

Some features of ConverLite may require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to impersonate another person or use an account that is not yours.

We may suspend or terminate your account if there is any violation of these Terms.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some ConverLite services may be offered through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Authorize recurring charges if applicable

  • Cancel subscriptions before the renewal period to avoid being charged

  • All formats or file types will be supported at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConverLite and its affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, files, revenue, or profits

  • Claims arising from third-party content or user actions

In no event shall our total liability exceed $50 USD or the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ConverLite at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or for system abuse. You may stop using the services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in courts located in California.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
